Follow the lantern-lit corridors 40 metres below street level and see the cisterns that supplied water to the city for 23 centuries. Marvel at the perfectly preserved Greco-Roman theatre rediscovered under residential apartments, where Emperor Nero is said to have performed.

Accessibility
The site is reached via 136 stone steps and contains very narrow passages (60 cm wide). Not recommended for guests with reduced mobility, claustrophobia or heart conditions.
